On this exciting Past Life Regression and Akashic Records Workshop, you will delve into the mysterious realms of your past as well as taking a journey to the Great Hall where your Akashic Records are held.
What will you discover?
Who were you?
Where did you live?
What did you do?
What's the year?
Did you have a family?
Which realm or dimension are you in?
You will be guided under hypnosis to reveal the secrets of your past as well as the multitude of dimensions within the Akashic records to see what made you YOU today and in the other realms.
Were you a man, woman, boy, girl or something else?
Which traits will be revealed that are linked to your current life?
Will there be people in your past lives and other dimensions that you know in this life?
We will also look to see if there is any Karma that needs to be cleared.
A very important aspect of delving into your past lives is how you died in those lives.
This alone can explain your current life, and answer those questions that you have never found the answers for.

On this exciting past life regression workshop, you will be taken back to a different time, a different dimension, where you will experience a multitude of experiences.
You may be taken back to some time and place that you remember vividly or you may be reconnected with old loved ones or ancestors, or your star family, or a completely different concept of life. Everyone's experience is unique to them. You may even find the key that unlocks any issues you have in this life.
The workshop will start with an introduction and a Q n A on what to expect / not to expect. Common myths regarding hypnosis, ground rules, etc. Please feel free to ask any questions on the Q n A.
Once everyone is in attendance and settled, there will be a deep past life regression hypnosis meditation where you will be taken back to a past life of your sub-conscious minds choosing. This is done in a slow and progressive manner to get you as comfortable as possible. This meditation may take you to a completely different country of origin. You will be guided through your past life with questions being asked along the way.
You may see, feel or hear your surroundings, everyone is different. You may recognise people in your past life that are around you now. You may even come across your spirit guides and you may recognise personal traits that you had then that you have now.
How you died in your past lives will have a significant effect on your life now, so we will explore your past deaths too!
You will make a note of the answers mentally, but when you come out of the meditation you will be asked to write down your experience. You will write what you saw, where you were, how you felt about your experiences in that past life and if you can relate your past life to your current life. If anyone wishes to discuss their experiences with me live on the workshop they can.
YOU will be experiencing your past lives as if you were actually back there.
We will then take a short break.
After the break we will delve into your Akashic Records. You will have a completely different experience to the first one. It may be more vivid. Your recall may be stronger, and you may recognise more things, such as significant events in your past life/future life/different dimensions and realms, and the part you played!
It is also not uncommon to see people that you know in this current life/dimension in your past lives or other realms!
In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to take part in a solo session where we do a personal deep dive for you, whether you go back to a past life or are different being entirely in another dimension. Your sub-conscious mind will decide! These solo sessions are amazing and can be life changing for you. There is no pressure to do a solo session, it is entirely up to you.
After running countless workshops over the years both in-person and online, they have evolved after each one.
What you will need on this workshop: Notebook, pen, something to lie on such as a yoga mat, a pillow, blanket and slippers if you wish, as well as a very open mind!!
There will be a few short breaks throughout the workshop.
You can either bring some lunch with you, or there are numerous places to get something to eat locally.
